bb 8830 we wont tether

  I've got a bb 8830 we and when ever i try connecting to the internet it shows modem mode enabled then dissappears. I use bb desktop manager 5.0, os 4.5

its only a 7 day trial but might be worth looking into

it says bold on the link but supposed to work with 8830 as well

Also if you have OS 4.5 you should probably be using Desktop Manager 4.5 not 5.0

yes you are right silver, tetherberry is a program that can be used to connect blackberry as modem, also good news for you who use a Mac because of this program is still beta, and provided free of charge, to users with windows platform this application were very expensive
