Sprint has released version 4.5.0.175 for BlackBerry Curve 8330 & 8330m users to download, be sure to check it out. Don’t forget to delete the Vendor.xml file which is located at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\Apploader, if you are not a Sprint user otherwise the update may not go as expected .
